Is the Palms Pool free for locals?

Nevada residents have hit the jackpot off the casino floor with an exclusive offer at Palms Casino Resort! We can unlock complimentary cabana access at Sammy’s Island, a haven of luxury cabanas, bungalows, tropical cocktails, and cuisine, available from Monday to Thursday. 

Local residents also receive a 25% discount on daybeds!

Sammy’s Island at Palms Pool is open daily from 10 am to 6 pm. The locals’ special for pool cabanas is available Monday through Thursday.

Palms Pool is open from March to October during the Vegas pool season. Local residents can take advantage of complimentary cabanas until September.

How do you reserve your slice of paradise?

  • Complete this RSVP form HERE.
  • Allow 72 business hours for an email response confirming your reservation. 
  • Eligibility hinges on being at least 21 and presenting a valid Nevada ID. 
  • Cabana reservations are held from 10 am until 12 noon.
  • Palms requires a credit card for any on-site amenities or incidentals upon check-in.
  • Remember that while the cabana is complimentary, you’re responsible for any food, beverage, tax, and gratuity expenses.

At Sammy’s Island, the call for beach club attire is firm. You’ll want to dress in fashionable swimwear, leaving attire that’s too casual or not suited for a poolside environment at home. 

A strict policy bans outside food, beverages, bottles, and glass, ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and non-hotel guests must be at least 21.

Remember, the Palms Casino Resort maintains a zero-tolerance stance on lewd conduct, nudity, and any signs of over-intoxication. These directives help cultivate a premium yet relaxed atmosphere for everyone.

The best part about the free cabans for locals at Palms? There's no food and beverage minimum! However, we ordered a lot of food because we stayed all day, and the menu was too irresistible to pass up!
