Is February a good time to visit Las Vegas?

Las Vegas transforms in February, offering a serene escape from the winter gloom. We moved to Vegas for the subtropical temperatures because winter is my least favorite season on the East Coast. But Las Vegas weather in February is mild and a welcome reprieve from colder climates.
